CSCSE is a legally registered corporate body affiliated to the
Ministry of Education (MOE), People’s Republic of China,
specializing in offering a full range of services for international
scholarly exchanges, including both Chinese students and scholars
going abroad, returning from abroad and international students and
scholars coming to study in China.By providing the services related to the international educational cooperation and exchanging activities, CSCSE has established the partnership with related institutions both at home and abroad.

CSCSE, Yinhong International is responsible for promoting, operating
and providing services for SQA HND programme. Meanwhile, it
implements other programmes like International English Language
Teachers Training, Intercommunication of Sino-foreign Institutions,
International Summer and Winter Camp as well as
Short-term/Medium-term training programme for enterprises.Yinhong International has over twenty permanent staff with international education background and deploys a team of consultants consisting of government officials, scholars, and experts in education and enterprises. The Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA)
SQA was founded in 1997 by the parliament of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland as a statutory body in Scotland with responsibility for the development, awarding, and accreditation of Scotland’s national qualifications, with the exception of university degrees.
Since 1999, with the setting up of the Scottish Parliament, SQA is accountable to the First Minister in Scotland; its sponsor department is the Scottish Executive Education Department.
