CSCSE introduced the CSCSE-SQA HND Programme into China in 2003 in partnership with the Scottish Qualifications Authority (hereafter referred to as SQA) which is accredited by the Education Section of Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the UK and strongly supported by the Scottish government and British Council of the United Kingdom (UK). Entrusted by CSCSE, Yinhong international is responsible for promoting and implementing CSCSE-SQA HND Programme in China and providing services to partner universities and organizations. There are more than ten thousand candidates studying CSCSE-SQA HND courses in the twenty approved centers of SQA and CSCSE. The programme offers courses in the five fields of Business, Computing, Hospitality and Tourism, Supply Chain Management, and Engineering. There are over 30 awards being delivered now in China.

The HND holders can choose to top up degree study in China or abroad, or get employment directly after their graduation. Up to now, among all HND holders, almost 60% of them progressed to degree study in 95 universities distributed in 13 countries, such as England, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, Ireland, France, Russia, Belgium and Korean; the rest of them chose to stay in China for degree study or employment.

Teaching Materials: Using the whole set of original editions of British textbooks;

Teaching Mode: teaching interactively, in small classes and by means of standard English;

Teaching staff qualification: teaching staff with educational experience from foreign countries deliver class bilingually and foreign teachers deliver in English.

Conditional Offer: Applying for Conditional Offer for associated British universities after candidates enroll on subject courses;

Multi-national study abroad: Awarded SQAHND Certificate, candidate can top up degree study in the universities of the UK, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands, Irish, France, Singapore and Malaysia and so on if they meet the entry requirements of those universities and the visa conditions for those countries;

Career Guide: deployed general managers, Directors of HRM and managers from renowned enterprises act as the career advisor and offer guidance to candidates;

National qualifications: SQAHND Certificates holders is awarded National Occupational Qualification Certificates III(Higher) of relevant professions which is issued by Occupational Skill Testing Authority (OSTA), Ministry of Labour and Social Security, P. R. China;
